There‘re some problems with the automatic registration at the specified location

Thank you for developing such software. 
I have encountered an issue while using the auto-registration feature of the Alan Atlas 25mm. 
It consistently misidentifies slices from certain layers as belonging to a different layer.

I have tested multiple samples, and the results are consistently the same. Do you have any insights or suggestions on this matter?
