This declares a minimum version of Plasma API to be 6.0 which makes Plasma 6 happy and adding weather widget should now be possible.

Restore the Kirigami import accidentally deleted in commit 6127c89.
Force the widget to select a new location if the current location has been deleted in the Configuration Page.
Fixes for the Previous / Next Location links in the Meteogram. Update PlacesCount in Main when the user clicks Apply/OK in the Config - so that the Metwogram knows when the config has changed. Also change the cursor shape of the Mouseover for the Previous / Next Location links, depending on whether the links are visible or not.

Main fixed in Pull Request blackadderkate#177. Additional fix: Elide lastReloadedNotifier instead of using Text.Wrap so it never exceeds one line high.
