Create a Build and Testing framework for plugins and apps

What I’d like to do is leverage Grunt and create a build script (probably depending on npm as well). I’d like that script to be generic enough to be used for our regular samples as well as our plugin sample apps, including support for removing and adding the plugin while doing development. Since the Jasmine testing framework is already included with Cordova, it would be nice to figure out a way to leverage it for these apps as well.
