Migrating the stack to a declarative GitOps platform: Terraform / OpenTofu provisioning, Ansible configuration, k3s and Argo CD (app-of-apps), and a CI/CD supply-chain-security pipeline (Trivy, gitleaks, SBOM, Cosign, Kyverno).
