Completes the current ENTITY Data Economy Terminal line and prepares it for protected-main merge.

Includes the existing asset-first DCO wallet/economic-market work plus the final publication/build pass:

  • sovereign first-run identity/device onboarding;
  • DCO Digital Assets with signed Asset Disclosures and Listing Information Sheet v2;
  • Rights-Passport-driven instrument issuance (instrument actions must remain a subset of the active DCO Rights Passport);
  • issuer-scoped tickers and explicit NO TICKER state when no instrument exists;
  • built-in Software Engineering domain/profile and migration of legacy engineering-control assets;
  • production domain verification: 10 Software Engineering + 2 Robotics, zero missing domains;
  • final focused wallet/economy/lineage/onboarding/global-passport qualification: 91/91 PASS;
  • current README/release/evidence/v3.4 documentation;
  • Windows, Linux and macOS canonical PySide6 wallet builds;
  • native SwiftUI iOS Simulator portable-snapshot client with explicit authority/write boundary.

The immutable v3.4.3 tag remains unchanged. These wallet changes are documented as post-tag main-branch application-layer evolution.
