The requests besides the initial page should not go through master

• the initial page should not go to the workers, because that would change the url of user's browser
• for other requests it is totally okay, and that would be a big performance boost

because of same domain policy, if deploy cloudbrowser to multiple physical machines, all the machines should be configured under the same domain
