feat: Claude directory plugin bundle under plugins/blindpay - #32

The repo root can't be submitted to Anthropic's plugin directory as-is: the root lockfiles and .npmrc get held for review, .mcp.json points at the full server (money-moving tools are banned from the directory) and carries non-schema note keys. plugins/blindpay is the directory submission: the read-only remote server only, a README that discloses what it connects to and sends, MIT license, and a blindpay-payments skill that explains id prefixes and how to chain the read-only tools. Submit with plugin path plugins/blindpay.
- Units table (cents, basis points, rate x100, token-unit balances) with a completion check so every amount is converted before answering - Id prefixes verified against live data, customer-scoped lookups, paging - Status explained from tracking stages; rails country is a display hint - references/tools.md: all 41 read-only tools with required args and filters - Bump plugin version to 1.1.0
