The per-edit spellcheck was noisy and duplicated coverage already provided by lint-staged pre-commit and the *-spellcheck skill. PostToolUse now only runs biome/prettier formatting on Edit/Write/MultiEdit. Signed-off-by: Vaclav Vancura <commit@vancura.dev>
