Add deferred loading of statistics in Find Projects

Greatly improves UX by:

• Loading just the list of projects
• Each of the items load their stats. The UI shows "loading" artifacts to the user. The wait is much sweeter when the list is already visible :)

It is loading much better now

I do think we could do it even faster, for example load each project individually and display it as it arrives form the relay instead of waiting to get all projects.
So the backend would need to change for that of course and return some function that will ne called every time a project is received
