Summary
The gasless vote banner read "This vote is free! You'll still have 999 left to use this month." The count is noise, so the banner now reads just "This vote is free!" in every case, including the last free vote of the month.
The banner still only shows when the vote is gasless-eligible and the remaining count is known. The delegation banner is unchanged.
