Render the Interactive Code Review conversation directly in the editor instead of a floating popup: a code-mining summary line toggles an embedded SWT composite (browser + reply box) anchored below the reviewed code, reserving space via blank code-mining spacer rows so surrounding lines shift down to make room. The legacy popup (IcrThreadBox) remains available via a new preference toggle.
