This repository contains a collection of cardiovascular system (CVS) models under various conditions.
File names refer to:
- O: Olufsen driving function
- OT: Triseg model with Olufsen driving function
CVS model type:
- simpCV_noAo: simple CVS model with linear PV relationships and no aortic compartment
- simpCV_Ao: simple CVS model with linear PV relationships with an aortic compartment
- transR: CVS model with aortic compartment and transmural resistances in the aortic, systemic arterial and pulmonary arterial compartments
