investigate adding an integration with https://setlist.fm to find & display setlist information for the concert date

considerations

• how to get the data?
  • do they expose an API, or would we scrape via HTTP?
• how to display the data?
  • could open a new Screen and display it in textarea or markdown
  • should we even try to display it, or would it be best to just offer a link?

setlist.fm does have an API. i created an API key for personal use. by default, it is rate-limited to 2 requests/sec with a max of 1,440 requests/day.

if anyone else ends up using this app (doubtful 😹), they would need to apply for one themselves
