ImageShrink

A desktop application used for compressing images for smaller file sizes. Created using the Electron JS cross-platform framework using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Run Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/bmteasdale/image-shrink.git

Go to the project directory

  cd image-shrink

Install dependencies

  npm install

Start the application

  npm run start

Start the application with nodemon

  npm run dev

Packaging the App

If your current OS is a MacOS

  npm run package-mac

If your current OS is Windows

  npm run package-win

If your current OS is Linux

  npm run package-linux
