jevmlx/doctor.py: FAIL when sys.base_prefix is under miniconda/anaconda and when a trivial 'python -c print(1)' subprocess exceeds 2 s, fix line: uv venv --python-preference only-managed --python 3.12.
New check_editable_install FAILs when direct_url.json is missing, invalid, or points at a different tree than the running checkout.
Both wired into doctor_checks between version and memory checks; 11 new tests (monkeypatched sys/subprocess/metadata), full suite green, ruff clean.
