So I hardwired an Xbox Series Controller (2020 version) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_Wireless_Controller
through USB C and fedit.exe detects it as an Xbox One controller, and the test vibration works.
All the relevant software including Xinput modification has been installed. When Force Feedback is launched it detects the controller as an Xbox One controller and the test vibration works, however in game there are no vibrations. Any thoughts if it's possible for this to work?
