Description
When viewing the Debug Information for review and failing statement, the 'Debug JSON' and 'Debug Excel' buttons are greyed out.
This information should be available for all failing statements so we're either not collecting the information, collecting it but not linking to it, or collecting and linking but not activating the buttons.
Need to figure out which one and fix in either openstan or bank_statement_parser - wherever the issue lies.
Steps to reproduce
- import statement from onedrive/openstan/statements/halifax_63 folder
- check that there are 10 in review and 22 in failure
- click 'view debug info' button
Expected behaviour
open buttons for json and excel are active
Actual behaviour
open buttons for json and excel are inactive
