English README and docs, IT/EN language switch in the dashboard

What changes

Dashboard: IT/EN button at the top right, next to the theme button.

• Every text goes through t() (frontend/i18n.js), with the English dictionary in frontend/i18n-en.js (≈1,170 strings).
• The choice is remembered in the browser. On the first visit the dashboard follows the browser's language.
• Numbers, dates and amounts follow the language (41,02 $ / $41.02, 1,5 / 1.5).
• On phones the header keeps logo, Update, IT/EN and theme on one row. It also fixes a horizontal overflow at 320px in the multi-outcome card.

Server texts in the same language.

• The dashboard sends X-Lang with every request. Plans ("What to do"), economic reasons, error messages and preset/feature labels follow it (backend/i18n.py, tr(it, en)).
• Background texts use the new APP_LANGUAGE setting, English by default: Telegram alerts, news summaries, stored notes and the user CLI.
• Feed catalogue: English description, with the Italian kept as description_it and served by language.

Documentation.

• README.md and docs/*.md are now in English, with English file names and a language link on every page.
• The Italian README and pages moved to README.it.md and docs/it/, with their links updated.
• New English screenshots are in docs/images/. The Italian ones, refreshed to show the IT/EN button, are in docs/images/it/.
• In the English README I translated the author's note in the warning box but left out the model name, which is still in the Italian version. Edit it if you want the name there too.

Tests

• tests/test_i18n.py covers:
  • request language and APP_LANGUAGE;
  • a plan in English;
  • X-Lang on the API;
  • a check that every t("…") in the dashboard has an English translation with the same placeholders.
• The existing tests run with APP_LANGUAGE=it and still check the Italian texts: 188 passed.
• node --check passes on every frontend module.
• Playwright:
  • every page in English: no missing translations, no JS errors;
  • the IT/EN toggle both ways;
  • no horizontal scroll at 320, 360 and 390px.
• All links and anchors in the 26 Markdown files resolve.

Known limit

Texts already saved in the database keep the language they were written in: old backtest notes and alert errors in Italian. New ones follow the chosen language.
