🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

- Python 3.9+
- Telegram bot token from @BotFather
- FFmpeg: brew install ffmpeg
- OpenAI/Groq API key (optional, for transcription)

Installation

cd meetus-ai-bot
python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env with TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and other keys
