Request Missing File

Just send an issue for the WEB API file. Missing file: shops.py, WEB_API.py

How to Run WEB API

1. Execute PyCharm on your computer.
2. Run the shops.py for shops database.
3. Run WEB API in PyCharm and DO NOT close PyCharm because this will run a web server on your computer using PyCharm.
