Remember HyperKey state on restarts

If I shut off the PC with the HyperKey turned off / INACTIVE

Then on the next start-up its always turned on / ACTIVE again

@Veri7ion totally fair, as the first version was not storing the state data anywhere, it could not remember its state. I am publishing a new version in the next few days that will store that information and allow it to be kept across sessions.
