The scope of this branch was to register Hecuba objects to
hecuba.istoragefrom C++. In this way, when we load them from Python they are registered and created successfully.Also, a nice addition was to include in this metadata manager the distributed creation of tables. Related to how do you create a table from many processes without crashing Cassandra.
