Updating the R2 DOI

To update the R2 DOI, take the following steps:

  1. Update the file spec.md in the root of this repository
  2. Commit your changes using git commit (or if you edited on the web, right a commit message)
  3. Push your changes using git push (again skip if using the web interface)

The DOI on the draft r2 page is:

DOI

Which always points to the newest DOI. Zenodo keeps a record of all DOI's, so we'll have that.
