chore(deps): upgrade Pi to 1.0.0 - #425

Pi 1.0 drops "codemode-deferred" from its exposure union (it only survives as a load-time alias of "codemode") and keys MCP OAuth credentials by server name and URL. Pace's exposure list, settings options and stored-credential check follow both; the codemode option now says its tools are found with searchTools(), which is what 0.99.2 changed. The verbatim copies of Pi's slash commands, prompt template loading and the pi-tui autocomplete separator are unchanged in 1.0; only their version notes move.

No linked issue: dependency upgrade to the Pi 1.0 release (2026-10-01), and the prerequisite for a Pi Durable multi-client spike, which needs
@earendil-works/chordandpi-aiat^1.0.0.Summary
@earendil-works/pi-aiand@earendil-works/pi-coding-agentfrom 0.99.1 to 1.0.0;chordfollows to 1.0.0 through the lockfile.codemode-deferredfromMcpExposure. It only survives as a load-time alias thatloadMcpConfigresolves tocodemode, so existingmcp.jsonfiles still load and show ascodemode. Pace's exposure union, the backend validation list and the Settings → MCP options drop it (the existing both-ways type assertion caught this). Thecodemodeoption now says its tools are found withsearchTools(), matching the 0.99.2 change that stopped listing them in the codemode description.McpOAuthCredentialStore.tokens(name, url)). The "signed in" check passes the server name, so two servers sharing a URL report their own state. URL-only credentials written by older Pi are still read.dist/extensions/codemode/worker.js,dist/extensions/mcpand the singlecreateRequire(...).resolve("quickjs-wasi/quickjs.wasm")indist/config.jsare all still where they were.Test plan
