记录 Durable 多端 spike 的接入结论：Pace 可通过 backend WebSocket 中继和现有 IPC 作为普通客户端，保持 renderer CSP；Durable 自己的持久状态与 Pace 现有 JSONL/Journal 路径需要重新界定身份和职责。
文档对照源码说明传输、投影、子代理呈现、进程模型，以及 ADR-0040/0042/0044/0021 的兼容原则和冲突。明确 failFast 只取消仍在运行的兄弟任务、演示补偿属于应用逻辑，并列出 IPC 背压、多流一致性、请求重试和宿主生命周期等生产缺口。本次不作生产迁移决定。
附本轮验证结果、复跑命令和本机截图索引。仅新增中文结论文档并更新 HANDOFF；用户的 pi-durable-* 写作材料不在 PR 内。文档链接和 diff 检查通过，底层代码的 typecheck、lint、1975 + 51 项测试、build 及完整三端剧本全部通过。同步记录 #432 的两项检视修复，以及旧 Web 测试偶发加载超时尚未定位的限制。
