修复 Pace backend 重启后实验页仍显示已连接、提示被静默丢弃的问题：backend 生命周期关闭旧 transport，缺失或未打开的 socket 明确报错，IPC 发送失败触发现有断线与重连流程。重连后创建新连接，不自动重放结果未知的命令。
运行中输入文字时 composer 显示 Send 并提交 steer，只有空输入才显示 Stop。真实浏览器测试覆盖点击发送后工具仍等待审批，以及输入清空后 Stop 仍能终止任务；三端演示也改为实际点击 Send 并保存截图。
对应 #430 的 backend 重启检视与 #429 的 steer 误停检视，依赖下层宿主边界修复。其余历史检视不在本层。
验证：先运行失败用例，再修复；根 typecheck、lint、build 通过，根测试 168 文件 / 1977 项，spike typecheck 与测试 15 文件 / 64 项全部通过；完整 12 幕 verify:demo 通过，运行中发送按钮截图已检查。源码、复跑说明和本机证据索引见 docs/research/durable-multiview-review-fixes.md。
