Bundled Pi moves from 0.99.1 to 1.0.4, which brings new codemode capabilities and renames the Azure provider (a config change for users), so this is a minor bump under the semver rules in docs/release/macos.md.

Includes the packaged OAuth refresh fix (fix(desktop): bundle a single pi-ai copy so OAuth refresh works when packaged #438). The durable spike is dev-only and is not in the notes.Test plan
