The star history chart is currently broken because GitHub's stargazer API is no longer reliably available. Update the chart to point at the working replacement service so the README renders the chart again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken, which is a small but visible problem on the project landing page. This change repoints the chart to a working service so visitors can see the project's growth again. Happy to adjust wording or formatting if you prefer a different presentation.
