Install with composer

composer require buibr/budget-sms-php

Usage:

Example 1:

$budget = new \buibr\Budget\BudgetSMS( [
    'username'=>'xxx',
    'userid'=> 'xxx',
    'handle'=>'xxx',
]);

//  sender name
$budget->setSender("Test");

//  add recepient
$budget->setRecipient('+38971xxxxxx');
