Updates IfcSectionedSurface documentation

The concept of string lines ("guide curves") is present in both IfcSectionedSurface and IfcSectionedSolidHorizontal. However, different terminology is used. IfcSectionedSurfaces uses "... transitions [sic] curves between cross section points...".

This PR proposes to use the term string line ("guide curves"):

1. for consistency with IfcSectionSolidHorizontal
2. align with common industry terminology
3. avoid confusion between "transition curve" in the context of a swept surface compared to alignment transition curves.
