Simplify Generic Manager Instantiation#7

Added a `New` helper function to the `sessions` package that instantiates a session manager with the default `map[string]interface{}` type. This simplifies the common use case and removes the need for explicit type instantiation in user code.
Updated `addons/addons_test.go` to use the new `sessions.New` function.
