Changes I've made:

Added a new feature branch titled: feature_convert_celsius_to_fahrenheit
Added a function to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit in a new temperature.js file.
Added this new conversion to the index.js file.
Created 3-unit tests for the conversion and used Jest to test it.

All tests passed.
