This commit adds a link to the Jco book section on resources and how to use them in Wasm guests/hosts. While the Rust section is code-heavy, the JS section links out to avoid becoming inconsistent with the Jco, assuming it has the most up-to-date information.

Resolves #168

It might be worth revisiting if we still want to link out rather than have the page be code-heavy, but regardless this should be better than nothing.
