Add Xquik and repair stale project links

Independent Repository Fix

The existing list sent readers through 13 avoidable GitHub redirects, linked an Onyx entry to a repository now repurposed as an unrelated asset-intelligence project, and linked the header banner to a host that no longer resolves. This repair updates or removes those stale destinations.

Validation

• Checked all 153 remaining public URLs concurrently
• Confirmed every remaining URL returned HTTP 2xx or 3xx
• Confirmed all 14 stale GitHub paths and the dead banner host are absent
• Confirmed one Xquik entry and one exact disclosure
• git diff --check
