PhantomRecon 2.2.1

Maintenance release focused on the two issues observed during real Kali usage.

Fixed

• username search no longer treats every HTTP 200 response as a confirmed profile
• stable status-semantics platforms are counted as confirmed only when appropriate
• generic 200 responses are separated as low-confidence candidates requiring manual verification
• redirects/blocked responses remain unknown instead of becoming false positives

Reporting

• redesigned HTML report with summary metrics and status badges
• responsive result cards and nested tables
• structured rendering for IP/username data instead of raw JSON blocks
• retained HTML escaping for untrusted values

• package and CLI: 2.2.1

CI must pass on Python 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12 before merge.
