pre x/y registration

Thanks for your efforts on this great piece of software. I was wondering if in vivo calcium imaging data should be registered to remove x/y movement before running through the pipeline?

Hi ransona! Sorry for replying late. Performing motion correction before denoising is beneficial. We recommend you do this.
