   Triaged as a tracked enhancement (keeping open rather than closing - it's concrete and has reference implementations). GPU utilization via the SMU busy flag would slot into the existing APU telemetry path (patch 28 already reworks the cyan_skillfish metrics table for the 8-core layout). References captured for whoever picks it up:

   • busy-flag telemetry patch: MastaG/linux-cachyos-bc250 patches/0001-bc250-8core-telemetry-gpu-activity.patch
   • governor BusyFlagUsageStrategy: filippor/cyan-skillfish-governor (branch smu) src/gpu.rs
     Open question before implementing: whether to expose it as a read-only telemetry field only, or also wire a busy-flag governor mode (the governor overlaps arieltune's 'only actuator on the SMU' rule and would need coordination).
