Deploy new `eindex` version

Having fixed the bug which made eindex incompatible with NNsight, it'd be cool if the PyPI release could be updated to have the bugfix!

I am also happy to submit a PR to add a CI pipeline to trigger automatic releases in the future

oh yeah thanks for reminding me, I had rebuilding on my TODO list but forgot it. I'll do that now (but yep a PR to have automatic triggers would be excellent!)
