Task List

• Create a package with the working supervised NGM code (Richa)
• Create a sample notebook with the working package (Richa)
• Create several toy datasets that can be used to explore the theory of this method (? - my vote is this is good for everyone to do... and then we combine/get jean's approval of what is reasonable from biological perspective)
• Create a notebook that explores different matrix factorizations (Paul)
• Figure out the best way to store the datasets (outside this repo because this should remain code/notebooks).
• Everyone should have their own workspace repository where they can keep experiments (not to be pushed here)
