newtinit, a way of generating your starter Newt YAML file

Learning a YAML syntax can be overwhelming (at least to me). It's helpful to get a hand generating one to modify. Codemeta faced a similar problem which they solved (or mitigated) via the Codemeta generator linked from codemeta.github.io. Newt will need something like that to bootstrap a Newt YAML file. That way learning the Newt YAML syntax can be incremental while you learn Newt program usage.

This could be addressed one of three ways (or all of three ways)

• website generator, maybe as a web component?
• a simple command line app that asks questions, offers defaults then renders a starter Newt YAML file
• a GUI app that could be used to manage a Newt YAML file
