Update from code changes: SimpleFIN sync discovery & per-account owner

Summary

Document SimpleFIN's on-sync account discovery and the new per-account owner override, including how attribution now resolves through a three-step precedence chain.

Changes

• Added a new Connect banks with SimpleFIN page covering the token-paste flow, automatic discovery of banks added at the bridge after connect, mixed-owner bridges, and how to set the per-account owner override from the dashboard or PATCH /api/v1/accounts/{id}.
• Updated the Bank Connections overview and navigation to list SimpleFIN alongside Teller, Plaid, and CSV import.
• Updated the on-demand analysis attribution gotcha to describe the new three-step precedence chain (per-transaction attribution → per-account owner override → connection owner).

Context

• feat(simplefin): discover new bridge accounts on sync breadbox#1877 — SimpleFIN syncs now discover new bridge accounts each run, so banks linked at the bridge after connect appear automatically on the next sync.
• feat(accounts): per-account owner override breadbox#1909 — Accounts gained a nullable per-account owner override, editable from account-detail Settings, that re-routes the account's transactions at read time with no backfill.
