Please upload or output the Charmcraft log on error

Enhancement Proposal

Could you output the Charmcraft log file if it errors? It will always be the most recently modified file in $HOME/.local/state/charmcraft/log

This would help the charmcraft developers debug issues when people send us failed CI runs.

An alternative would be to set CRAFT_VERBOSITY_LEVEL=trace in the environment so Charmcraft will output the full log to the display in realtime, but that might not be great since it can easily be thousands of lines even on a successful run.
