[llms] Add keda to bundle tests for llms

### Context

Inside our bundle tests for llms we want to use Keda charm from [this](https://github.com/canonical/kserve-operators/issues/639) task.

### What needs to get done

1. Update bundle integration tests of llms with keda charm.

### Definition of Done

1. New bundle integration tests with keda
