The 'Check libraries' CI job fails because all five Charmhub-hosted libraries in lib/ have drifted from their published versions: - charms.grafana_agent.v0.cos_agent 0.9 -> 0.26 - charms.haproxy.v1.haproxy_route 1.6 -> 1.13 - charms.operator_libs_linux.v0.apt 0.13 -> 0.20 - charms.operator_libs_linux.v1.systemd 1.4 -> 1.5 - charms.operator_libs_linux.v2.snap 2.7 -> 2.15 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
