Windows previously discarded quota-cycle window and cost fields, so monthly Grok plans still appeared as weekly cycles and cards omitted cycle spend. Share the quota repository between cards and history, preserve legacy caches, show monthly labels and API-estimated costs, and match live resets within the same 120-second tolerance as macOS. Missing, invalid, expired, or mismatched costs stay hidden.
Cycle collection starts after the first complete usage snapshot. Quick panels only read the shared cache, concurrent reads are deduplicated, and secondary pages remain lazy-loaded.
Also complete Antigravity discovery from #131: reject stale daemon files for already recognized processes, and use read-only Win32 process queries so Windows can discover live daemon credentials without calling os.kill. Remove obsolete translations after #132.
Validation: integrated Python suite passed 759 tests with 18 platform skips. The six new Windows regression groups cover month/week decoding, optional costs, reset matching, duplicate rows, five languages, and cache-only quick panels. Windows frontend build and startup budgets passed; macOS release builds passed. Browser checks used synthetic data to verify first-load ordering, all three spend rows, and Grok monthly history. Windows, macOS, Linux and installer checks all passed in CI.
The quota-history controls now wrap in narrow windows. Browser verification at the Windows minimum width of 420px confirmed horizontal descriptions, no horizontal overflow, and exactly one spend row per card.
