Installation without Docker

MetaFusion can also be installed with the following dependencies if desired. However, due to the complex interactions of many of these tools, using the provided Docker container is strongly recommended. Instructions to install and run using Docker can be found here:

The dependencies are as follows:

python==2.7
R==3.5.1
R package: RBGL
bedtools==2.27
pybedtools==0.8.1
pandas==0.24.2
perl=5.28.1
perl libraries: Set::IntervalTree, JSON::XS

For examples of commands which can be used to install the above dependencies, the Dockerfile can be referred to:
