Add the missing changelog entries for the groundwater and synonym fixes#195

The [Unreleased] section covered only #191; the two other user-visible changes since v0.9.0 — immediate-groundwater characterization (#190) and the EF 3.1 synonym bridges (#185) — had no entry. The changelog gate in the release preflight is a count heuristic, so it passed anyway; caught by hand-checking coverage against the git log.
