本批补齐 Nexus PyPI 迁移与 Hosted 分发、治理的三项缺口，统一使用原生接口。
.tar.gz，保留原始字节、Requires-Python、yank 和持久检查点；批次与计划绑定真实认证种类及稳定所有者 ID，派发、恢复和发布重新校验当前权限。已有复制文件使用其实际对象路径，在对象锁和版本坐标锁内完成校验与发布。Console 支持 PyPI 目标映射、Simple 地址与扫描诊断。已同步两套 OpenAPI、生成类型、追加数据库迁移、双语文档和 CI 必测项。独立 Standards/Spec 复审和远端审查修复的交叉复审通过。
验证：候选
b1864a9864f005e49638679434ca968689b65016的完整 CI 15 个必需作业全部通过。协议与核心验收的 1,952 个测试标识全部通过，无失败或跳过；原始日志、附件摘要和来源提交已核对。Console 963 项单测、48 项视觉测试及 CLI E2E 通过，浏览器 E2E 为 298 通过、10 项环境条件跳过，零失败、零重试。真实 PostgreSQL/RustFS 与官方客户端专项中，PyPI 11/11 必测、65 cases；RubyGems 29/29、121 cases；Helm 55/55、209 cases 均通过。本地完整 race、coverage、test、vet、architecture 和 lint 也通过。Helm/RubyGems 保持默认关闭的预览范围；PyPI 源包验证完整字节和元数据，不执行源码构建。本批以隔离合成 Nexus 源验收。

7eabe0bd474cfe3571cc70182143abd98a6e4838的 CI #40030455190 18/18 作业通过；10 个发布包和网关、Console 两类 AMD64/ARM64 镜像均完成版本、摘要及源码标识核验。本批生产部署与真实业务源导入未执行。
