Adds k8s-ops-toolkit under Application repositories. It ships Next.js apps to Kubernetes with ingress-nginx, cert-manager, kube-prometheus-stack, and Loki already wired up. Includes a
nextjs-appHelm chart with probes, HPA and ServiceMonitor, plus anobservabilitychart bundling Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Alertmanager with eight preconfigured dashboards.MIT licensed, public repo, README has architecture diagram and one-shot install script.
