Getting digital data, you can download a pdf or spreedsheet file to have a complete list
of devices in your company or whatever you are. Those can be lists of a specific place
such as an office or an complete description for a computer with all of its components.

Setting your inventory system , you can add users for work with this software in two
levels, admins or simple users. Also, you can add web pages semi statics for the frontend
or backend if you like easily and fast where you can add rich format using an rich editor
online.

Information about providers , to know who sold the things that you have in your building
or wherever you are. It permit you have adecuate information about who sell you each
part or advice that is present between your hardware. Also, you can write information
about the companies so you can make fast contact.

Getting statistics ,you can get statistics of distribution, availability, unavailability each
kind of devices as computers, screens, printers and places separated by types of
places represented statistics graphics. This is only an extra tools that can give you a
visual idea about the density of the content inside a building.

As database engine, you can chose between at least three options. This software was think to
work with few amount of traffic where you don’t need a big support. This software was tested
using SQLite database but perfectly you can chose work with MySql or Postgres databases .
For this is necesary little changes in configuration.

The browsers where was tested the application were Internet Explorer, Chrome and Iceweasel
mostly.

What has Workstations module?

Is the place where you can join a computer more a screen and a printer. This will show you the stations that are prepared to work immediatly, it means that a user can use this machine to work right now.

Which are the rules to have a workstation?

It must has one computer and one screen.

What has in statistics for workstations?

It shows text and graphical information for each place showing computers, screens and printers alone or as part of a workstation

What has in the places options?

Is the module where you can add different kinds of places how stores, offices, departments or rooms with a name for each one.

What can I do there?

There you can see the complete list of places at the ‘index’ page, search places by name or for more general concepts how offices, stores and so on selecting those by description. In the list for each place you could be read information about the ‘Name’ of the place, ‘Description’, number of ‘Computers’, number of ‘Screens’, number of ‘Printers’ and links to download a file in xls o pdf format

What can I find in statistics options?

There you can see diferent graphics about specific information how the percent of places for each kind, percents of computers, screens and printers in each place too

It has the posibility of see a list with all the computers for each place(Availables plus Unavailables), other list with only the availables, other with only the inavailables and other options to see statistics.

Here it is possible to observe a list with all the motherboards for each computer if it is used by a computer o without a PC name in case that it still alone

If you fill this form with the exact information for address information you could see a map with the exact location for this company.

There you will find all bills where is write in detail what is bougth and in what date
